2. Platform-Specific Privacy

This section describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data across different parts of our Services. While some data practices apply generally to all Services, certain types of data processing may vary depending on the specific platform or product you use.

Our Services are made available through multiple platforms and formats, including our website, mobile applications, and desktop or console applications. Each of these platforms may use different technologies, third-party services, and data processing methods to provide functionality, analytics, security, and performance improvements.

Accordingly, we provide the following platform-specific disclosures: Website, Mobile Applications, Desktop and Console Applications.

Each subsection should be read together with the general principles set out in this Privacy Policy. Where there is a conflict between general and platform-specific information, the platform-specific section applies to that particular Service.

2.1 Website

Our website is intended to provide information about our company, products, and services. We do not require visitors to create an account, register, or log in to access the website. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information collected through our website with third parties for marketing purposes.

2.1.1 Personal Information

We do not intentionally collect personal information through our website. Unless you voluntarily contact us by email or another communication channel, we do not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, or payment information.

If you choose to contact us, we will use the information you provide solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or fulfilling your request.

2.1.2 Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the proper operation of the website and to help us understand how visitors use our website.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. You may configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies at any time. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the website.

2.1.3 Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous and aggregated information about how visitors interact with our website. This information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Pages visited
  • Time spent on the website
  • Device type and operating system
  • Browser type
  • Approximate geographic region
  • Referral source
  • General interaction statistics

Google Analytics helps us understand website usage, identify technical issues, and improve the overall user experience. We do not use Google Analytics to identify individual visitors.

Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. Data processing by Google is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy.

Where required by law, we process analytics data based on user consent.

2.1.4 Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, such as app stores, social media platforms, or other external services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party websites. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies before providing any personal information.

2.2 Mobile Applications

This section explains how our mobile applications ("Apps") collect, use, and share personal data. The type and amount of data processed depends on the specific features you use within the App.

Our Apps rely on third-party software development kits (SDKs) and backend services such as analytics, crash reporting, and advertising mediation. These services may process certain data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies.

2.2.1 Data We Collect

We collect or process the following categories of data when you use our Apps:

  • Contact Information
    • Email Address
  • User Content
    • Gameplay Content
    • Photos
  • Identifiers
    • User ID
    • Device ID & Other Identifiers
  • Purchases
  • Usage Data
    • App Interactions
    • Advertising & Other Usage Data
  • Diagnostics
    • Crash Data
    • Performance & Other Diagnostic Data

2.2.2 How We Use Your Data

The categories of data described above are used only where necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and secure our Apps. Some data is processed by third-party service providers on our behalf. The specific purposes for each category of data are described below.

2.2.2.1 Email Address

We do not collect your email address by default. Authentication in our Apps is typically handled through third-party sign-in providers such as Google Play Games on Android or Game Center on iOS.

We collect your email address when you choose to link your account using a third-party authentication provider (such as Google or similar services). In some Apps, this may be required in order to access certain features.

Your email address may be stored in Firebase services and used to authenticate your account, enable App functionality, and associate your data with your user profile.

We may use your email address to send you important service-related communications, such as updates, security notifications, and information about our products and services. We may also send you marketing communications about other products or services offered by Dragon Arts s.r.o. These marketing emails are sent via third-party providers, and you can opt out of receiving them at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email or by contacting us directly.

2.2.2.2 Gameplay Content

We collect and process gameplay content generated through your use of our Apps, such as game progress, in-game actions, and other interactions required for core functionality.

Gameplay progress is automatically stored using platform-provided cloud saving services, such as Google Play Games Services on Android and Apple iCloud on iOS, in order to enable data backup and recovery within the same platform.

In some Apps, gameplay may also result in additional user-generated or generated content created through in-app features. This additional content may be exported to and stored in your own linked third-party storage account, such as your personal Google Drive, when such functionality is used. In these cases, the content is stored under your control and not on our servers.

2.2.2.3 Photos

In some Apps, you may choose to provide access to photos from your device’s gallery, or use your device’s camera to take a photo. This access is only used when required for specific in-app features that depend on user-provided images.

Any selected or captured photos are processed locally within the App to enable the requested functionality. We do not upload or store your photos on our own servers.

Where applicable, certain Apps may allow you to export or store processed content to your own third-party storage account, such as your personal Google Drive, when you choose to enable this functionality. In such cases, the content remains under your control and is stored outside of our infrastructure.

2.2.2.4 User ID

A User ID is generated and assigned when a Firebase authentication account is created within the App.

The User ID is used for analytics purposes, crash reporting, and to help fulfill user support requests. This allows us to understand App usage, identify and fix technical issues, and provide assistance when needed.

The User ID may be processed by third-party services such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

2.2.2.5 Device ID & Other Identifiers

We collect and process device identifiers, such as advertising identifiers or similar device-related identifiers, depending on your device and system settings.

These identifiers may be used for analytics purposes to understand App usage and performance, for crash reporting to diagnose and fix technical issues, and for advertising purposes, including ad mediation and delivery through third-party services such as LevelPlay.

Device identifiers may be processed by third-party services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and LevelPlay in accordance with their respective privacy policies and your applicable consent settings.

2.2.2.6 Purchases

In-App Purchases are processed entirely by the respective platform providers, such as Google Play on Android and Apple App Store on iOS. We do not collect, store, or process your payment card or banking information.

We may receive limited transaction-related information from the platform providers, such as purchase status, product identifiers, and transaction events, in order to validate purchases, unlock purchased content, restore purchases on supported devices, and ensure proper delivery of paid features.

We may also log purchase-related events in analytics systems such as Firebase Analytics to help us identify and diagnose issues related to transactions, including failed purchases or missing entitlements. This information may be used to improve purchase reliability and, where applicable, to provide customer support or issue compensation in cases of verified purchase-related problems.

2.2.2.7 App Interactions

We collect and process information about how you interact with our Apps, including in-app actions, feature usage, screen views, and general navigation behavior.

This data may be processed using analytics services such as Firebase Analytics in order to understand which features are used, how users engage with the App, and which areas may need improvement.

We use this information to improve App functionality, optimize user experience, develop new features, and make informed decisions about future updates and product development.

2.2.2.8 Advertising & Other Usage Data

We collect and process information related to advertising performance, such as ad impressions, clicks, and general interaction with advertisements shown in the App. This data may be used to measure advertising effectiveness, prevent fraud or invalid activity, and improve the relevance and delivery of ads.

Advertising data may be processed by third-party advertising and mediation services, such as LevelPlay, in accordance with their respective privacy policies and your applicable consent settings.

We may also collect and process additional usage-related information that does not fall under the categories described above. This may include aggregated or technical data about App usage, with the purpose of improving stability, performance, and overall user experience. This information helps us identify usage trends, optimize features, and support ongoing development of our Apps.

2.2.2.9 Crash Data

We collect and process crash data when the App encounters errors or unexpectedly stops working. This information may include technical details about the device, operating system, and the state of the App at the time of the crash.

Crash data is processed using third-party services such as Firebase Crashlytics in order to identify, analyze, and fix technical issues, improve App stability, and prevent future errors. This helps us maintain and improve the overall reliability of our Apps.

2.2.2.10 Performance & Other Diagnostics Data

We collect and process performance-related and diagnostic information to monitor the stability and technical performance of our Apps. This may include data such as loading times, responsiveness, system behavior, and other technical metrics.

This information may be used to identify performance issues, optimize App efficiency, improve user experience, and support ongoing development and maintenance.

We may also collect other diagnostic data that helps us understand how the App functions across different devices and environments, detect technical problems, and ensure proper operation of core features.

2.2.3 Disclosure Of Data We Collect

We use third-party software development kits (SDKs) and services to operate, improve, analyze, and monetize our Apps. These third-party providers may process certain data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable consent settings.

We do not operate our own backend systems for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or messaging. Instead, data processing is handled by trusted third-party providers as described below.

2.2.3.1 Platform Services

Some data may be processed by platform providers as part of operating system-level and distribution services, including:

  • Google Play Services (Android)
  • Apple App Store and iCloud services (iOS)

These services may process data related to authentication, purchases, cloud saving, App distribution, and system-level functionality in accordance with their own privacy policies.

2.2.3.2 Firebase Services

We use Firebase, a platform provided by Google, to support core App functionality, analytics, and backend services. Firebase services used in our Apps include:

  • Firebase Authentication
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging
  • Firebase Remote Config

Firebase may process data such as user identifiers, device information, usage data, and diagnostic data depending on the service used.

2.2.3.3 Advertising & Mediation Services

We use LevelPlay (ironSource) as an ad mediation platform. LevelPlay may route advertising requests to the following advertising partners:

  • ironSource Ads
  • Unity Ads
  • Google AdMob
  • Google Ad Manager

These services may process device identifiers, usage data, and advertising data for the purpose of ad delivery, personalization (where permitted), measurement, and fraud prevention.

Each advertising provider processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

2.2.4 How We Keep Your Data Safe

We take the security of your data seriously and use appropriate technical and organizational measures to help protect it.

Our Apps rely on trusted third-party platforms such as Google, Apple, Firebase, and LevelPlay to process and store data. These providers implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, access controls, and continuous security monitoring.

Within our own systems, access to any limited data we may process is restricted to authorized personnel only and is used solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted through or stored within our systems or third-party services.

2.2.5 Your Rights For Your Data

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

These rights may include the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent where applicable.

Your data is stored in different ways depending on the type of information. Gameplay data is typically stored using platform-provided cloud saving services (such as Google Play Games Services or Apple iCloud). Some non-essential preferences may be stored locally on your device using system storage (such as player preferences). In certain cases, user-generated or exported content may be stored in your own linked third-party storage account, such as Google Drive, when you choose to enable this functionality.

You can delete your account and associated data directly from within the App, where this functionality is available. This option provides full removal of your account and related data from our systems and connected services, including Firebase.

Alternatively, you may contact our support team to request data deletion or to exercise other data protection rights. In such cases, we will delete personal data associated with your account where technically feasible and legally permissible. However, some data may remain in system logs, backups, or third-party services where retention is required for operational, legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.

For complete removal of your data, we recommend using the in-App account deletion feature, where available.

2.2.6 Children’s Privacy

Some of our Apps may be suitable for use by children, depending on their content and platform classification. We are committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations regarding children’s privacy, including requirements under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant app store policies.

Where an App is intended for children or may be used by children, we take additional steps to help ensure that data processing is appropriate for a younger audience. This includes using advertising providers and mediation services that support child-directed or age-appropriate advertising settings, where applicable, and restricting the use of personalized advertising when required by law or platform policies.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children beyond what is necessary for the operation of the App and its core functionality. In cases where personal data is processed, it is handled through trusted third-party services such as platform providers, analytics, and crash reporting tools, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

If we become aware that personal data from a child has been collected in a way that does not comply with applicable requirements, we will take reasonable steps to delete such data where possible.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal data without your consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

2.3 Desktop & Console Applications

At this time, we do not offer or operate any desktop or console applications.

If we release desktop or console applications in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly to describe how personal data is collected, used, and protected in those products.

3. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. In some cases, we may also provide additional notice within our Apps or through other communication channels if the changes are significant.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information when using our Services.
